It’s September the 2nd, and Autumn is close around the corner.  We have had some beautiful sunny days this Summer, but here at the office we are starting to look forward to Winter layering, warm wooly socks and bonfire night fireworks.

Our favourite fashion labels have started releasing their AW16 collections, and we could not be more excited to show you our tip top picks.

WOLF & RITA

If you have been following our blog you will know Wolf and Rita is one of our favourite kid’s brands.  Their clothes are of the highest quality, and often feature whimsical prints and typeography.  Their AW16 collection is nothing short of fantastic.

Wolf and RIta Dress

We love this beautiful abstractly printed Adelaide Houses dress with it’s oversize collar and double frill skirt.  This piece will work wonderfully in the winter with warm wooly tights, Chapter Two boots (as seen in the above picture), and a big, chunky cardigan.

We also love the brand’s caramel and black splodged socks, and their stunning peach and burgundy Lidia ZigZag jumpsuit too.

BOBO CHOOSES

Bobo Chooses have come over all magical this season, with great baggy trousers in diamond and checkerboard prints too.  We also adore this batwing sleeved soft dresses in rich coral tones, with it’s glittery diamond motif.

BoBo Chooses Dress

To help your kids wrap up and keep toasty, the brand have designed a range of deliciously soft jumpers in many different prints, including a gorgeous constellation motif and an Abracadabra text option too!  It doesn’t stop at jumpers, BoBo Chooses have brought out a great range of coats and of course, a lot of pom pom adorned beanies too.

MINI RODINI

We love Mini Rodini’s great use of prints across each of their seasonal lines, wether they are using mermaids, binoculars of even lobsters!  This season, we have seen a gorgeous badger print motif spread across baby grows, t-shirts and bow ties, and a fantastic panda, adorned in a top hat none the less, on a pair of cord dungarees.

Mini Rodini

We adore their frog knitted jumper, and this rabbit sweatshirt too.  These pieces would both look fantastic with the checkered BoBo Chooses trousers that we mentioned earlier, on both little boys and girls too!

The brand has also brought out a gorgeous range of rich burgundy, velour garments, we think the hare jumper would look stunning with a tight pleated metallic skirt.  A bejewelled, textured party look that ticks all the boxes.

MINI MISS KG

It is rare that we come across a shoe that we are really excited about, and that is as playful as the parties we organise.  Kurt Geiger have come out with an absolute corker.  Spotted on set on a recent editorial project, this fantastic metallic shoe has a great angry monster face, complete with shiny fangs and a big fluffy eyebrow.

Mini Miss KG Shoes

We challenge you to not smile upon seeing these on your child’s feet.  Maybe save these little monster shoes for drier winter days though, as soggy pink eyebrows are not set to be in fashion for the foreseeable future.

CAROLINE BOSMANS

Onto Carloine Bosmans, a street smart label that has been firmly placed on our radar for the past couple of seasons.  The brand is known for designing edgier garments, wether these be emoticon printed sequin jumpers, crossed fingernail prints or rich sparkle leggings.

Caroline Bosmans Coat

We adore this pastel toned, soft fluffy coat!  Again, one for indoor parties where your child is being ferried to and from the venue (in the reliably unreliable British weather), but this garment is bound to catch eyes left, right and centre.  Pair with chunky boots and statement tights for a strong, winter look.

NADADELAZOS

And now for the mini fashionista in your life!  We stumbled across this stunning blue baby body, studded with a juicy tomato print and fell in love!  Just imagine your little one in this piece whilst sporting mustard yellow socks!  A winning combination.

For further incredibly exciting news, Nadadelazos also offer a stunning adults range for pieces for both mum and dad too.

POCO NIDO

Whilst we are on the baby train, we could not wait to share Poco Nido’s new Autumn Winter collection with you, which has literally just been released online!  Poco Nido produce wonderfully comfortable babies’ shoes in a whole range of fantastic prints and colours too.

Wether you are looking for something stand out, or a shoe that is a little more simple, Poco Nido has you covered.  We adore their space print shoes, hares and berries print (it seems rabbits are in this season!) and this gorgeous penguin print shoe too.

SOMEDAY SOON

After visiting Secret Cinema’s Star Wars event last year and watching The Martian, and The Force Awakens (if you are not into Sci Fi, we understand, neither were we…then we went to Secret Cinema), we have come over all intergalactic.  It seems Someday Soon have too with this fantastic reflective space printed jacket!

Spaceman Tshirt

Featuring grey and teal reflective details all over, your little one will be toasty as well as visible if travelling in lower light.  Their new I will Change The World collection is splattered with space inspiration, from astronaut print t-shirts to galaxy inspired sweaters.

BEAU LOVES

If you are still looking for something unique to keep your children wrapped up warm, be sure to check out Beau Loves new, quirky knitwear collection.  We can’t get enough of these jet black ghost pants – they will keep your little one’s legs nice and cosy, but also remain edgy too!  AND you’re sorted for Halloween. Win win.

Beau Loves

You should also take a look at the brand’s amazing constellation bomber coat too.  What did we tell you?  Everyone is coming on all intergalactic!  If that isn’t enough for you, check out this great moons top and whilst you’re at it, why not pick up this planets t-shirt too for an educational gift to look cool in!

You can see why we are getting so excited about Autumn being just around the corner! Who wouldn’t be, with such a great selection of whimsical and unique prints from so many fantastic quality brands.  We can’t wait to get out the chunky tights and start the layering.
