PARTY BOOKINGS

To ensure you get the party that you require we recommend that you book at least 6-8 weeks in advance. In our experience two hours is usually the perfect length for a children's party, this includes tea time which is usually mid-way through the party. Our entertainers arrive 30 minutes before the party to set-up and greet your guests on arrival. Any time is party time but the afternoon or late mornings are the traditional times. Les Enfants runs parties 7 days a week. We can increase numbers by adding an extra entertainer, please ask about cost. Most Les Enfants parties are suitable for holding at home, however we can find a suitable venue for you, just ask! Remember when booking your venue we will need set-up and take down time. Please contact our party planning team at anytime.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your party booking is with Les Enfants Parties Ltd. Your booking is confirmed when we have received your 50% deposit or full payment and we have sent a confirmation invoice.

 

Please note that upon confirmation you are responsible for payment of the full order value, subject to the cancellation or postponement charges set out below.

 

We aim to ensure that all descriptions in our brochure are accurate. We will notify you of any changes before you confirm your booking. Les Enfants reserves the right to alter or withdraw any party or service.

 

Please phone or write to us if you would like to make any alterations to your confirmed booking. Alterations will only be valid if agreed by us in writing.

 

All prices are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed bookings. There may be additional travel/delivery costs outside our area; these will be confirmed at time of booking.

 

Final Payment is due 7 days before the party date. We will automatically deduct from your debit card or will need a cheque on that date.

 

Late bookings at 7 days should be paid in full.

 

The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue whether at home or at any other premises, for the supervision of exists, and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.

 

We must receive written notification if you wish to postpone or cancel your party.

The above charges are immediately payable to us

 

Please note we are unable to provide any refund for bad weather so please consider covered venues or a contingency plan.

 

We would like to store your name and address details for sending you information on our services; if you do not wish us to do this please let us know.

 

LIABILITY

Les Enfants shall not have any liability to the client for any loss, damage, costs or expenses which the client suffers or incurs arising out of the event unless arising out of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Les Enfants, its employees or suppliers.

 

The client undertakes to indemnify and keep indemnified Les Enfants in respect of any damage to property or any other loss of any nay nature whatsoever that Les Enfants may suffer as a result of any act or omission of the client or its guests as the event.

 

Les Enfants will not be liable to the client for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of profits, business or anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever even if Les Enfants shall have been advised as to the possibility thereof. Except in respect of death or injury to persons arising from negligence.

 

Les Enfants liability to the client arising by or in connection with this Agreement shall in any event be limited to the estimated or final booking value. Accidental damage to the property at the event should be covered by the clients own insurance and no claim will be accepted by Les Enfants which hereby excludes any liability for any such loss.

 

Les Enfants do not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non completion of the event or for any delays arising as a result of:

 

1) Bad weather
2) Loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, floods or any other cause beyond its reasonable control
3) State funerals and days of public mourning
4) Strikes, riots or lock outs affecting any trade with which Les Enfants is concerned

 

COMPLAINTS

Please address all complaints to our party director at our business address. Any complaint must be put in writing, however please report any problems during your party.

 

Les Enfants staff are all police checked and we have public and employee liability insurance with AXA insurance. All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

E-COMMERCE

Placing an order with our company means you have read the following terms and conditions and that you agree with them. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

GUARANTEE

In accordance with the Direct Selling Regulations 2000 (if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase) we guarantee to exchange it or provide a full refund, providing you contact us by phone, e-mail or post within 7 working days, following the date you take receipt of the goods. We guarantee to refund monies paid within 30 days of cancellation. Goods must be returned in full and in good condition at your own expense. Les Enfants Parties Ltd reserves the right to collect any non-returned goods and deduct the direct cost of retrieval from your refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are delivered to mainland UK addresses by Royal Mail or one of our selected couriers. Addresses outwith the UK mainland may incur additional postal charges - please contact customer services before placing your order and we will advise you of any additional charges.

 

Postage and packing to mainland UK addresses is charged at the following rates:

If we cannot fulfill an order we shall contact you to make you aware of our difficulties and offer you alternative goods, amendment to your order or cancellation.

 

Only if your credit card has been authorised will your credit card be debited and your order processed.

 

Les Enfants Parties Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to Les Enfants Parties Ltd of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Les Enfants Parties Ltd by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

Browse through the large selection of party goods and simply add them to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout icon and complete your delivery details. You will then be taken to a secure server to complete your payment. Confirmation of your order (once payment has been confirmed) will be sent to you via email.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners club, Eurocard, JCB, Switch, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards.

 

If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order then send us a personal cheque or money order in Pounds Sterling for the amount of your order. We can only accept orders denominated in Pounds Sterling or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

 

Please expect a slight delay if paying by cheque as we are unable to ship your goods until the cheque clears through the banking system.
