Le Kids Club consists of individual modules which you can pick and choose from to create a fabulous environment for the children:

registration

This is the first glimpse of Le Kids Club and is both inviting and exciting with our stripy awning and “Whose Here?” board.

The registration desk is manned by a member of our crèche staff, in one of our fun uniforms.

Here each child will have a picture with the person who signs them in and one of our character cut-outs.

The photo acts as a keepsake for the day and a security reference point for our staff.

The registration desk will be where the children are signed in and out, where the contact forms on each child are kept as well as information on risk assessments, first aid and health and safety.

le jungle gym

This area is bright, colourful and lots of fun for babies and toddlers.

Ideally placed in the corner of a room, enclosed by our meadow designed partition and our jungle characters.

Once inside the area is set-up for 0-3’s with cushioned mats, soft play equipment including ball pit, rockers, soft toys, instruments and baby books.

The area can cover 6m x 6m but can be made smaller if required.

le cinema

Our cinema area comes complete with a range of coloured cushions, plasma screen, dvd  player and a range of child friendly DVD’s.

The screen is surrounded by curtains to recreate a real cinema and “Now Showing” board which lets everyone know what film will be shown.

If you have any special requests for favourite movies we will try and arrange for these to be shown.

le games station

Stored in brightly coloured boxes with our Le Kids Club characters we supply a range of games and activities from fuzzy felts, play dough, lego, puzzles, stickle bricks and board games.

We also have a giant snakes and ladders and connect four. For older children we can supply a Wii with plasma and DS games, please request.

le arts & crafts market

Our stripy awnings house a range of fantastic arts and crafts projects.

With crayons, pencils, stickers, and shaped paper, the children will create works of art, for weddings we also make a special card for the bride and groom.

All at child friendly height and with aprons to protect clothes. Once completed all items will be put in a named bag and hung on the arts and crafts pin board, ready to take home.

le village

Our village play areas let children use their imagination, choose from Le Kids Club Cafe complete with order tables, serving area, microwave, menu cards, play food, order pads, pinnies and a cash register.

Le Kids Club Shop and market stall, with weighing scales, play food, shopping baskets etc.

Or Le Kids Club Garage and our ride on cars to be parked, fixed and wheeled about.

le theatre

Le Kids Club Theatre allows children to create their own puppet shows. We have a range of puppets to choose from and our staff encourage the children to create their own story, so the show will be unique everytime.

le cosy corner meadow

This is a large space that provides ample seating and cushions, as well as an area for quiet time or a place for group story telling.

This is a comfy space complete with a range of reading books. A really cosy area perfect for the the children to relax.

To book Le Kids Club for your wedding or event please contact Nikki our Le Kids Club Manager who will send you our detailed information pack and provide you with a quote, (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). We will need to know the number of children, their ages and the time frame you would like Le Kids Club to run from and to.  This can be approximate for the quote but must be accurate when you complete the booking as we work to Ofsted staffing guidelines.

There is a minimum order of 4 modules which much include Registration. Then choose from:- le jungle gym, le cinema, le village (cafe, shop or garage), le theatre, le games station, le arts and crafts market and le cosy corner meadow. Or have all of them!

We also have a food area if required, where we can set-out tables, chairs and high chairs, so the children can have their party food. This can be supplied by your venue, caterers or we have a range of delicious and healthy menus. If your little guests need a nap, we have a range of travel cots and sleep mats.

We are mothers ourselves and care about the safety and welfare of the children in our care. All of our Le Kids Club staff are experienced child care workers, who we have interviewed and taken full references on.  All of our staff have enhanced CRB checks. We work strictly to the Ofsted guidelines which is why it is important for us to know exactly the maximum number of children in our care and their ages. We always have one senior member of staff who will be your key contact for the day and is your Le Kids Club supervisor. We have a stringent security procedure for signing children in and out of the Le Kids Club. Our registration forms ensure we are aware of any allergies and special needs. One member of staff will always have the latest first aid training. Les Enfants has full public and employee liability insurance through Morton Michel the childcare specialists.  We carry out a risk assessment and have a full health and safety policy.
Our Le Kids Club is all inclusive and we provide:- a changing area with nappies, wipes, creams etc, sterilizer and food warmer, safety equipment such as socket protectors and door stops, toilet equipment such as potties and toilet seats, water and juice (based on the parents request) and fun invitations for you to send to the children you are inviting to Le Kids Club.
