Yesterday we were very lucky ladies – we were invited to the Alegre Media press day!  This event is always wonderful, the team at Alegre Media are fantastic, and the clothing is gorgeous.

Read on to discover our top style picks from the event, including stunning pieces from Molo, Isossy Children and Loud Apparel.

We are going to start with Molo – an amazing brand that sprang out of a drive to radically change the existing children’s fashion world.

The designs are inspired by children themselves, and often feature a humorous twist, witty details and the brand’s signature raw, Scandinavian look.

We adore this cosy sweater, with it’s gorgeous text print – cool bananas!  Who could resist! The new AW17 collection features a stunning range of strong prints, (including rollarblades, kittens and waves), pom poms and cosy knitwear.

Speaking of prints, how stunning is this gorgeous mountain design top?  With a cosy turtle neck that you know will keep your children warm in the cooler weather, we would pair this piece with black skinny jeans and coloured dr martens for a great, urban look.

We also noticed a range of great velvet pieces by Molo, including caps, back packs (which are now on our Christmas list, take note Santa) and this incredible silver jacket.

Your kids are moaning they don’t want to get out of bed?  Now there is no excuse!  They can look amazing and stay wrapped up in a toasty duvet coat.  The new line won’t be released for a little while, so in the meantime, check out their new Summer sale!

The next brand that really caught our eye was Isossy.  Another super chic clothing line that is often featured on the pages of Milk, Smallish and Papier Mache magazine, Isossy continues to offer style that reflects global culture as it enters it’s 10th season.

This beautiful teal and mauve dress took our breath away!  With it’s darling gold buttons and frill collar, any little girl would look breathtaking in this at a Winter party.  Dress with coloured tights (we would opt for mustard) and shiny patent dolly shoes.

From the same collection, this frill caped, teal coat is bound to catch eyes. With a belt to cinch in the waist and a large gold zipper, your child will keep warm, whilst standing out.

Isossy also do print very, very well.  We were mesmerised by this beautifully rich velvet dress in mauve, peach and purple – with stunning leaf and face detail. Clunky beads and (more) coloured tights would look truly divine on this piece, and give your daughter a vintage look.

Make sure to check out their current SS17 collection on their website, where there are gorgeous denim, and orientally inspired designs.

Another dress that caught our eye was this Gucci inspired piece by EIRENE, Love Made Love. We adore the gradiented pleat work on the skirt, and the additional pleat detail on the neckline.

The lace panel on the chest is beautiful, and really sits well next to the sheer sleeves.  This truly is a stunning party dress that will serve through all seasons.

The final brand we just have to mention is Loud Apparel.  Where to start?!  Their monochrome rails were jam packed with witty details – peeking eyeballs, shearling shorts and fun text.  We were drawn like moths to a flame, and would love all of their garments for our own wardrobes, let alone our children’s!

This Hoo-hA dress is genius.  From the on trend check fabric to the wonderful sailor panel on the shoulders.  This is our favourite piece from the show, and for good reason.

Another fun design were these amazing fluffy shorts, complete with googley eye detail. Perfect for young babies and toddlers who want to stay comfortable, cosy and bang on trend. The shearling and fur theme continued throughout the collection into onesies and a fantastic jacket too.

We also spotted gorgeous cotton skirts with tulle overlays, brilliant white button and confetti detail jackets and scribble print jumpers too.  Make sure to check out the brand’s website for their current SS17 collection, and await the new line with bated breath.

As you can see, we were spoilt for choice when it came to clothing, and were blown away by the gorgeous garments on display.  The sun might finally be shining, and summer may have at last arrived, but with clothes this chic, we are excited for Autumn.
